  •  Choose an ad you would like to analyze from a magazine, newspaper, or one you can print offline. Paste ad in your notebook.
  • Write a few sentences analyzing your chosen ad for each of the following areas. Be sure to read the pages from your textbook!
    •  target audience
    •  purpose of advertisement
    •  product claim
  • Read pgs. 914-915
  • For your ad write a few sentences to analyze each of the following areas (consider questions in blue chart as you analyze your ad)
    •  language
    •  Images and visual elements
